At Dani West Bridal, our mission is to provide a truly personalized and unforgettable experience for every bride who walks through our doors. Because we operate by appointment only and intentionally limit the number of brides we see each day, each appointment is thoughtfully curated to be meaningful and focused.
When booking your appointment, we kindly ask that you come open-hearted and ready for the possibility of finding your dress.
This isn’t just a fun try-on session—it’s a moment we’ve created to help you discover the one.Our expert stylists are here to support, guide, and celebrate with you every step of the way.
We require appointments so that we can give each and every bride the individualized attention they deserve. To help maintain the calm, spa-like atmosphere we’re known for, we kindly ask that children under the age of 10 not attend appointments.
Out of respect for our team and the brides who are waiting for a spot, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Brides who cancel within 48 hours or do not show up for their appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee or forfeit their prepaid appointment.

Dani West VIB (Available by Request)
The Dani West Very Important Bride (VIB) is welcome to bring a larger entourage and/or would like extra time to try-on. This appointment is 2 hours, accommodates the bride and up to 10 guests, including snacks, beverage services, a photo booth, and has the boutique exclusively. This appointment is perfect for brides who are shopping between $1,500 and $5,000.
VIB PERK: By booking the VIB Appointment, brides who find their wedding dress with us on their first visit will be given 20% off any one additional item at Dani West Bridal. Shop from our boutique of bridal accessories, adorable little white dresses, and bride swag! When you say "YES to the DRESS!" you will also receive a “Bride” denim jacket with pearl detailing as a gift from us (retail value over $150).

Premier (Available All Week)
The Premier Appointment is perfect for brides who are shopping between $1,500 and $5,000. This deluxe appointment features personalized touches and a Master Stylist who understands the importance of finding the dress that is unique and distinctive to you. Prepare for a pre-appointment interview with your stylist so that you can completely relax during your appointment and feel safe in their hands. Your stylist is detail oriented and knows our carefully curated collection of designer gowns so that they can select the best gowns for you during your try-on.
Come ready to create memories of a life-time! In this 90 minute appointment, you will be able to capture photos from our Photo Booth and will receive a “Bride” denim jacket with pearl detailing as a gift from us when you say "YES to the DRESS!" (retail value over $150).
PREMIER PERK: By booking the Premier Appointment, brides who find their wedding dress with us on their first visit will be given 20% off any one additional item at Dani West Bridal. Shop from our boutique of bridal accessories, adorable little white dresses, and bride swag!
A $75 non-refundable appointment fee secures a Master Stylist and bridal suite for you and up to 6 guests maximum. For groups larger than 6 and more bridal extras, please check out our Dani West VIB experience. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours prior to the appointment start time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50 or will forfeit their prepaid appointment.
Classic (Available Monday - Saturday)
The Classic Bridal Appointment includes a one-on-one personal stylist with a reserved private suite for 90 minutes, for a $35 (non-refundable) appointment fee. This appointment is perfect for brides who are shopping between $1,500 and $5,000. You can bring up to 4 guests maximum. For larger parties, please consider our Premier Appointment or Dani West VIB experience.
CLASSIC PERKS: By booking the Classic Appointment, brides who find their wedding dress with us on their first visit will be given 10% off any one additional item at Dani West Bridal. Shop from our boutique of bridal accessories, adorable little white dresses, and bride swag!
Appointments cancelled after 48 hours prior to the appointment start time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50 or will forfeit their prepaid appointment.
Express & Sample Sale (Available Monday - Friday)
The Express & Sample Sale Appointment accommodates the bride and 4 guests maximum, for $25. This 60-minute appointment is perfect for brides who are shopping between $799 and $1,500 or have wedding plans within the next 5 months. Our sample gowns have been gently loved in our store and ready to be taken home the same day.
EXPRESS & SAMPLE SALE PERK: Express brides have the opportunity to take their dress home on the same day!!! Often dresses are in great condition at a fantastic price!!!

Returning Bridal (Available Monday - Friday)
The Returning Bridal Appointment is a second visit to our boutique to say YES to the dress! This appointment is 60-minutes and accommodates 4 guests maximum. As with all of our “Yes Moments,” we will have a fun celebration ready for you! Be prepared to create more memorable moments at Dani West Bridal.
