In order to provide you with the best experience possible we suggest that you schedule an appointment. Depending on the day, we can sometimes accommodate walk-in appointments if we have an available stylist.

Appointments typically take 90 minutes. With our specialty options, that could extend by an extra 10 minutes. We believe this time frame is ideal for choosing your wedding dress without feeling rushed. We’re always happy to schedule a return visit if you need more time!

For the best experience, we suggest that brides bring with them those friends/family that truly love & honor the bride & know that it is all about YOU (the bride). Just a little FYI: our bridal rooms most comfortably fit four persons.

We suggest wearing a strapless bra and flesh toned undergarments for the best look. Also, keep in mind that your stylist will be assisting in the dressing room.

We do allow children. However, for safety reasons and the delicate nature of our collections we do require that children under 13 are seated and supervised at all times.

Due to the exquisite integrity of our products we do not allow outside food or beverages except for water.

Most dresses need at least a few things altered to ensure the ideal fit. The needs vary from bride to bride and alteration costs are not included in the price of your wedding gown. Our alteration specialist will work with you to make certain that you are completely happy and ready for your BIG DAY!

Yes. However, we only take clean Designer gowns and we are very picky. Please call to arrange an appointment for evaluation and review of our policies/terms.
